One of these achievements includes the implementation of the job scholarship plan at the university. Emphasizing the university president's focus on the employment of graduates and the reduction of unemployment rates among this demographic, the successful execution of the job scholarship plan at this university was realized for the first time. In this regard, a memorandum of understanding for the admission of joint students with Farhangian University was signed in four fields of basic sciences.

Yazd province is known for nurturing elite individuals. Yazd University is also striving to provide appropriate solutions to retain these elites in the province. The approval of the Law on the Surge of Knowledge-Based Production is a significant capacity and a crucial step in helping to preserve and retain elites in the province and the country. Utilizing the capacity of Article 11 of the Law on the Surge of Knowledge-Based Production and signing a memorandum of understanding with Alloy Steel Company for an amount of 150 billion Tomans, Yazd University has taken steps in this direction.

In line with the emphasis of the esteemed Leader on the implementation of the Law on Youth Population, efforts must be made to create and construct married students' dormitories. In this regard, Yazd University, with the support of benefactors from the province, has undertaken the construction of these dormitories. One block has been put into operation, and three blocks of 36 units have been structured. 

With the president of the university's approval and the continuous efforts and follow-ups of the laboratory area's colleagues, significant developments have been made in the field of research and technology at Yazd University. These developments include the equipping and launching of three reference laboratories. 

In the field of international student admission, Yazd University has faced a three-fold increase in the admission of these students in the new academic year.

Yazd University has also empowered its engineering and technical students in the field of designing and producing underwater robots by establishing a workshop for the construction of underwater robots with the participation of 37 teams from top universities nationwide.

With the emphasis of the president of Yazd University on the issue of retaining native elite students in the province, Yazd University, in collaboration with the Provincial Department of Education and the National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents, held the largest event to introduce university fields of study specifically for the candidates of the university entrance exam. The aim was to alleviate the concerns of parents about their children's future fields of study.

In order to train capable human resources, both in theoretical and academic aspects as well as in an industrial context, in relation to the Atomic Energy Organization and the field of radiation application, with the goal of increasing the skills of graduates and maximizing the use of this capacity, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Yazd University and the Atomic Energy Organization for the construction of an electrostatic with a value of 10 billion Tomans.

Arbaeen is considered the most important cultural asset of the Iranian people. In this regard, for the first time, Yazd University sent a group of employees and faculty members of the university, along with their families, on a pilgrimage trip to Arbaeen.

Moreover; considering the intertwining dimensions of the educational, cultural, and social aspects of the faculty members and student's personalities with the educational and research dimensions of the university, the Cultural and Social Council of the faculties was formed with the approach of decentralization, management, and increasing the participation of professors in the cultural activities of Yazd University.

In the realm of the university's civil activities, the completion of the construction operations of the cultural and welfare campus of Yazd University, as well as the completion of access to the main pathway inside the university to connect the eastern and western parts and to provide access for married students to the educational environment, are among the recent significant activities of the university.

Providing housing for the university's faculty and staff has always been emphasized by the university's management. With the president's follow-ups, the plan for the construction of university housing, developed in collaboration with the Civil Affairs of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, has reached the implementation stage.

The increase in the quantity and quality of participants in festivals, competitions, and student Olympiads, both nationally and internationally, and the achievement of top rankings have been among the prominent accomplishments of Yazd University.

In order to strengthen the judicial system of the province and provide better service to the people, a joint training program for judges, in collaboration with the Yazd University and the Judiciary, was held.

The organization of student competitions in the universities of Yazd province is a step towards increasing the dynamic motivation and creation of students. Based on this, the fourteenth round of the National Student Initiatives Competition, with the participation of 10,000 students, was organized in collaboration with Yazd University.

Considering the necessity of establishing and developing growth centers and technology parks in university centers, the first university technology park at Yazd University was established by upgrading the growth center to a technology park.

Based on the evaluation of the performance of executive bodies and in accordance with the roadmap for administrative reform, Yazd University was able to achieve three ranks in the Shahid Rajaei Festival.

The crisis management of the flood at Yazd University and the predictions and necessary actions taken by the crisis management headquarters of this university, relying on technical knowledge and experiences gained from the flood incident in this complex, have been among the other prominent activities of the university.

The selection of the president of Yazd University as one of the top 5 provincial managers by the President's Office d and the awarding of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology's medal to the esteemed president are among the other achievements of the university management during the mentioned period.
