According to the Public Relations Office of Yazd University, the product was developed by Nanosanjesh Company, a technology-based firm located at the Science and Technology Campus of Yazd University. The initiative aimed to address a critical maintenance need in the country’s textile sector and improve the efficiency of spinning equipment operations.

The project was launched after industrial textile units identified the need for an effective spinneret cleaning solution. The request was subsequently referred by Jahesh Technology Transfer and Innovation Company to Nanosanjesh for product development and manufacturing.

Test results demonstrated that the spray significantly facilitates the cleaning of spinnerets, reduces downtime in spinning lines, and contributes to improved product quality while lowering maintenance costs. Designed specifically for cleaning spinnerets used in fiber production lines, the product helps maintain optimal equipment performance and enhances overall production efficiency.

Field evaluations conducted in industrial units also indicated a high level of satisfaction among textile manufacturers and industry operators regarding the technology’s performance.

After successfully completing technical validation and approval processes, the product entered the commercialization phase and is currently being supplied to textile companies nationwide under the brand name “Bokator.”

The development and commercialization of this product represent a successful example of collaboration between academia, technology-based enterprises, and industry in addressing real industrial challenges. The achievement is regarded as an important step toward advancing indigenous technologies, increasing productivity, and strengthening self-sufficiency within Iran’s textile sector.
