Springer Publishing Company in Germany had published the sixth book of Dr. Bijan Davvaz, the distinguished professor of Yazd University, an expert and leader in the Science of Algebraic Hyperstructures in the world. His book is entitled “Examples and Problems in Advanced Calculus: Real Valued Functions”.

As reported by Public Relations (PR) at Yazd University, Dr. Saeed Alikhani, the Vice Chancellor for Research and Post-graduate Studies of the Department of Mathematical Sciences, stated that the book consisted of 7 chapters and 21 sections including detailed solutions to more than 500 mathematical problems, all of which were the result of Dr. Davvaz’s years of teaching experience in General Mathematics (1) Course.

Dr. Alikhani described the content of this book as higher than the level of General Mathematics (1) course and acknowledged, “Due to the fact that in choosing the issues of this book is tried to make most of the issues of a challenging, interesting and educational type; definitely, this book can be used as a useful textbook for talented students around the world to participate in Olympiads and international math competitions.”
