Yazd University Hosts 4th Iranian Conference on Computational Geometry
According to the 4th Iranian Conference secretary on Computational Geometry, 120 participants from 10 nationalities registered for the conference, 34 of whom were from abroad, and the rest were from various Iranian universities.

According to the report by Public Relations of Yazd University, Dr. Mohammad Farshi, Secretary of the 4th Iranian Conference on Computational Geometry, referring to the conference's formation, asserted that the scientific secretaries of this conference were from Sharif University of Technology and Windsor University of Canada. The scientific committee was composed of 11 people from 7 countries, and 7 people were from different universities of Iran.

Regarding the article's acceptance and judging the papers of this Conference on Computational Geometry, Dr. Farshi stated that a total number of 17 papers were sent to the conference secretariat. The papers were judged by at least three members of the scientific committee, and finally 11 papers were accepted to be presented at the conference.

"Of the total number of authors of the approved articles, 22 authors were from Iran, 7 authors were from Canada, 3 authors were from the United States, one author was from Sweden, and one author was from India," added Dr. Farshi.

The guest speaker of the conference was Professor Anil Maheshwari of Carleton University, Canada, and 110 people attended the conference online, with an average of about 40 participants in each article presentation session, he pointed out.
