Five Yazd University students achieved top honors at the 38th National Quran and Etrat Festival for University Students. The event, held at the University of Kurdistan, took place on May 16-17, 2024.
According to a report from Yazd University's Cultural and Social Deputy, the following students were recognized:
Hanieh Barkhordari: Second Place (Memorization of the Entire Holy Quran)
Amirhossein Attarzadeh: First Place (Memorization of 20 Juz of the Holy Quran)
Reyhaneh Dari: First Place (Memorization of Passages from Sahifeh Sajjadiyyah)
Najmeh Asadi: Third Place (Prayer)
Arefeh Mahdieh: Third Place (Clip and Podcast)
These outstanding students will now compete in the national stage of the Quran and Etrat Festival. The date and location for this next round will be announced by the festival organizers.
