Yazd University Professor Publishes 11th International Book on Krasner Hyperring Theory.
Dr. Bijan Davvaz, a renowned professor of Mathematics Department at Yazd University, has published his 11th international book, titled "Krasner Hyperring Theory," with World Scientific Publishing Co.

This comprehensive book delves into the intricate world of hyperstructures, particularly Krasner's hyperrings. Spanning ten chapters, it provides a detailed exploration of these mathematical entities, complemented by extensive examples. Krasner hyperrings, introduced by renowned mathematician Max Krasner, are generalizations of hyperfields. They are characterized by two operations: addition, which is a canonical hypergroup, and multiplication, which forms a semigroup with zero as a bilateral absorbing element. Additionally, multiplication is distributive over the hyperoperation of addition.

The book meticulously presents the results of the authors' research, along with contributions from other experts in the field, with a particular focus on recent advancements. It serves as an invaluable resource for doctoral students and researchers specializing in this area, as well as for enthusiasts seeking to broaden their knowledge of this fascinating realm of algebra, which has applications in various disciplines.

Dr. Davvaz, a leading figure in the field of algebra, has previously authored ten English-language books, including "Hyperring theory and applications," "Polygroup theory and related systems," "Fuzzy Algebraic Hyperstructures," "Semihypergroup theory," "A walk through weak hyperstructures," "Examples and Problems in Advanced Calculus: Real Valued Functions," "A First Course in Group Theory," "Groups and Symmetry: Theory and Applications," "Hypergroup Theory," and "Vectors and Functions of Several Variables."
