In a strategic effort to strengthen the judicial system of Yazd Province and enhance specialized legal education, Yazd University and the Judiciary of Yazd Province have officially renewed their Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
According to the Public Relations Office of Yazd University, the original MoU—first signed on March 9, 2021—has been extended in conjunction with the official launch of the Judicial Training Center operated by the provincial judiciary. The renewed agreement aims to provide facilities for judicial training courses and accommodation for new judicial trainees.
The establishment and
continued support of this center are expected to play a vital role in the
practical and professional development of newly appointed judges. By offering
hands-on training, the center is positioned to enhance the overall efficiency
of the judiciary in Yazd Province. It is also expected to contribute to
reducing trial delays, improving the accuracy and reliability of judicial
rulings, and addressing various legal and social challenges more effectively.
Under the renewed MoU, Yazd University has committed to providing the necessary educational and residential infrastructure for judicial trainees. In turn, the Judiciary of Yazd Province will utilize the university’s academic resources to enhance the quality and scope of its training programs.
This renewed collaboration
highlights a mutual commitment to promoting legal excellence and advancing
institutional capacity within the province.
