President of Yazd University
Dr. Abbas Kalantari Khalilabad is the current President of Yazd University. He is a distinguished academic and administrator with over 20 years of experience in higher education. He has held a variety of executive positions, including: President of Ayatollah Haeri University in Meybod, President of Meybod Higher Education Institute, President of Payam-Noor University in Yazd Province, Director General of Student Affairs at Yazd University, Deputy Vice President for Student Affairs and Culture at Yazd University, Head of the Department of Islamic Jurisprudence and Law at the Department of Theology in Meybod. Dr. Kalantari Khalilabad is a highly respected scholar and has received numerous awards and honors for his work. He was selected as a Research Professor at Ayatollah Haeri University in 2014, and he was awarded the Distinguished Professorship at Yazd University in 2009. He was also selected as the Model Executive Chief of Meybod in 2011 and 2012. Dr. Kalantari Khalilabad is a strong advocate for quality education and has made significant contributions to the development of higher education in Iran. He is a dedicated educator and administrator who is committed to providing students with the best possible learning experiences. Some of his notable achievements include: He was the first place in the 1994 Master's degree entrance exam. He graduated with first place in the Master's and Doctorate programs. He was selected as a Distinguished Professor at Yazd University on February 11, 2009. He was selected as the Model Manager of Meybod County in 2011 and awarded for his executive activities in 2014. He was selected as the Model Manager of the Province in 2012. Dr. Kalantari Khalilabad is a highly accomplished individual with a proven track record of success in higher education. He is a valuable asset to any institution and is sure to make significant contributions to the field.
