The Ministry of Research, Science, and Technology and the Ministry of
Health and Medical Education of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in
cooperation with Hungarian Ministry of Human Resources are pleased to
announce opportunities of scholarship for the Year 2018. Based on recent
Educational Cooperation Agreement between Hungary and Iran Hundred
(100) students from Iran and hundred (100) students from Hungary will be
offered for scholarships.
Hungarian Academic Scholarship for Iranian Students (2019-2020)
The Deadline for Registration: 1397/10/25 equal to January 15th, 2019
Based on the received report from the International and Scientific
Cooperation Office (ISCO) at Yazd University, students who wish to apply
for this scholarship can check this site (https://apply.stipendiumhungaricum.hu/)
and do initial registration for the fields of study and valid
universities of MSRT (grad.saorg.ir) and Ministry of Health and Medical
Education (edd.behdasht.gov.ir) and get 5-digital code from the above
system.
It is necessary that candidates meet the requirements for
registration in Comprehensive Student System (Sajad) from 1397/10/11
equal to January 1, 2019 to 1397/10/25 equal to January 15th,
2019 (until the end of office hours) through deputy of scholarship and
students affairs in abroad of I.R.IRAN which can be checked in this
address (Scholarship.Sarog.ir).
It is emphasized that no request will be taken into consideration
after passing the deadline and the other point which needs to be cited
here is that this is an initial registration and the final confirmation
of admission will be announced subsequently.
Furthermore, the choice of top candidates will be made according to
academic records, English language score and other academic
proficiencies as well as interview evaluation of the host University.
It has also been added to this report that according to the general
policies of MSRT and Ministry of Health and Medical Education and also
amendment to the article 35 of education exemption of Islamic
Consultative Assembly dated 1396/06/11, Diploma candidates for
continuing studies at university are limited to study at universities of
our country. Therefore, the scholarship of foreign governments for the
programs beginning with Diploma (Bachelor and general medicine) will not
be given priority by MSRT and Ministry of Health and Medical Education.
It is noted that in the new academic year, asking for leave on the part
of the students even for (1 or 2 semesters) is not possible.
For the attention of the candidates who want to continue their studies in PhD:
It is necessary that candidates who want to continue their studies in
Ph.D. at foreign universities from 1398/04/01 equal to June 22, 2019
register officially at universities of group A (Excellent), and group B
(Good), which is accessible in the database of deputy of scholarship and
students affairs in abroad of I.R.IRAN. Therefore, the issued documents
from universities of group C (Mediocre) will be taken into
consideration and evaluated just up to master’s degree if their formal
admission is done after the mentioned date.
Hungarian Applicants:
Hungarian partial study students can apply for scholarships within the framework of the “Campus Mundi Scholarship Program”. Within
this program, the Hungarian side will give a monthly stipend for the
living expenses (about 1350 USD) and a contribution to the travel costs
of approved students whose education will be tuition free. Students can
